In 2003 he got the first prize EUROSOLAR Italia thanks to the project designed by him in cooperation with external laboratories. He cooperated with ENEA (Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and the Environment) in some programmes for the development of prototypes of innovative systems using photovoltaic and wind technology. Moreover, he cooperated with the University La Sapienza in Rome and with RULE (Network of Latin American and European Universities) in some innovative projects for the electrification of isolated communities in Latin America. He was Project Manager in different projects of financing demand for the programme THERMIE - UE.
